    Key responsibilities of the position of Key Account Manager:

    • Be responsible for given territory: hydraulics, pneumatics and automotion
    • Increase mobile market share of all divisions on the CZ & SK markets
    • Apply and deploy Group & Division growth plans with sales teams in line with the EMEA Group strategy
    • Close cooperation with Aplication Engineer and Customer service technician
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers (cca 5-10 key customers)
    • Identify technology, growth trends and forecasts in market segment
    • Responsible for collecting, analyzing and evaluating data on products, costs and market to support development and presentation of appropriate price and bid strategy

    • Czech or Slovak native plus fluent English
    • At least 3 years relevant field sales experience
    • Ideally Technical degree
    • Solid technical background
    • Strong customer orientation
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel (cca 60-70%)

    Key responsibilities:

    • High priority technical issue investigation and troubleshooting
    • Voice of Customer collection
    • Identify technical issues from the field feedback/warranty, take necessary steps to isolate the root cause and provide a technical solution
    • Assist in identifying and creating content for a technical service training material
    • Perform field staff (Service Manager) training (min 1 time/year) on annual product changes and new technology
    • Represent Service in OEM contract negotiation and mitigate with OEM, in case of dispute or non-performance escalation
    • Provide technical material content related to troubleshooting/issue resolution
    • Follow up on “New Product Development” related Service tasks
    • Identify requirements for aftermarket service support (diagnostic tools, licenses, special tools, …) and set-up process with OEM supplier for service support (where needed)

    • Master’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent
    • Fluent English language, Russian will be a big advantage
    • Extensive technical knowledge (mainly hydraulics) and experience (automotive background useful)
    • Excellent communication skills, understanding of customer requirements
    • Negotiation skills - applied to proceedings with OEM suppliers
    • Good understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN,..)

    • Be first point of contact for dealers for question/concerns about their orders
    • Manage orders in order to prioritize available stock
    • Act and react proactively in relation to open orders report in order to make sure all orders are processed and treated
    • Manage the discount and real order approval process to ensure effective and efficient commercial pricing process
    • Timely process the billing
    • Manage changes to deliveries (address changes)
    • Liaise with Supply Chain Team for availability, lead time, orders status
    • Liaise with international teams (Supply chain, Credit, Sales, Product Line) to promote order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
    • Create & monitor reports for on time order entry, booking nad progression of orders
