Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Assists with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature co-operates on other projects within the company (PR,marketing)

Experience as senior management personal assistant Proven track record within multinational corporations Fluent in English and Czech languages, the French language as an advantage Possesses excellent writing skills
