Technical Support Specialist (Engines)

NO NEED FOR CZECH LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE Resolve the customer and dealer’s issues and concerns. Support diagnosing the product’s root cause and document discrepancies. Provide on-call and ongoing troubleshooting and technical advice to clear up the field troubles. Conduct training for the systems, scan tool usage, and installation guides. Analyze and manage the warranty claims from the customers and dealers. Investigate the defective parts and engines by disassembly. Collecting customer and dealer’s voices to improve their satisfaction and the product’s quality. Organize and run a regular quality meeting with the customers to content and enhance the product. Travel across Europe (when possible) to resolve technical issues at the client’s side Give technical assistance to writers and translators Reviewing and approving installed the engine on the machines.
Ideal Candidate profile
Higher education (secondary) in the mechanical field - Preferred in Automotive Strong written and verbal English language skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. Editing & proofreading skills Working permit for the Czech labor market
